What topics can i write about?

For the newsletter, we focus on running-specific content such as training plans, technique improvements, race preparation, and recovery strategies. For the blog, we accept content on general fitness, strength training, nutrition, mental wellness, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

Newsletter articles should be 800-1000 words and blog posts 1200-2000 words. All content should be original, evidence-based when applicable, and written in an accessible style for our audience. We encourage practical tips and actionable advice.

We welcome one-time contributions for the newsletter but also value ongoing relationships with regular contributors. Once approved, you can also write for the blog.

For blogs, we have an ongoing a one per quarter contribution where you can pitch a topic of choice or choose a topic from our content calendar. 

While we don’t offer monetary compensation, contributors receive full attribution, author bio with links to their website and social media, and exposure to our established audience of fitness enthusiasts.
