2. Understanding Coach Independence

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Independent Professionals: All coaches listed on Athletic Hybrid are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Athletic Hybrid
• Direct Relationships: Any coaching relationship, agreement, or payment arrangement is made directly between you and the coach
• Coach Responsibility: Coaches are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their coaching services
• Verification Recommended: You should verify coach credentials, certifications, and references before entering into a coaching agreement
• No Guarantees: Athletic Hybrid does not guarantee results, outcomes, or performance improvements from coaching services
• No Liability: RunCoach is not liable for any injuries, disputes, or issues arising from your relationship with a coach
• Directory Service Only: RunCoach provides a directory and connection service, not coaching services themselves

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any coach.

3. Consent to Receive Communications

By using RunCoach, you consent to receive:

Service Communications

• Account-related emails (registration confirmation, password resets, security alerts)
• Platform updates and important service announcements
• Responses to your inquiries and support requests

These communications are essential to the service and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

Marketing Communications

• Newsletter with running tips, training advice, and coach spotlights
• New coach announcements and featured profiles
• Special offers, events, and platform updates
• Training resources and exclusive content

• Not attempt to scrape or harvest data from the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTICE:

• Coaches provide guidance but are not medical professionals unless specifically certified
• You assume all risks associated with training and coaching activities

7. Modification and Termination

You understand that:

• RunCoach may modify this agreement with notice
• You can delete your account at any time through account settings
• RunCoach may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of changes

8. Entire Agreement

This User Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and RunCoach.

Acknowledgment

By creating an account or continuing to use RunCoach, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
